Service
ShowMyTab lets a person share a browser tab with another person using a temporary code, and allows remote control with explicit consent. The service is provided "as is".
Accounts and guest use
The connecting side may use a free monthly quota per device without an account. When the quota is used up, an account and a paid plan are required to continue. You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account details.
Paid plans
The Pro plan is billed yearly per user (seat) and renews automatically every year. Orders, payments, invoices and refunds are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record; Paddle is our reseller and appears as the merchant on the checkout page. Seats update automatically with the number of members. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See the Refund policy for refund terms.
Acceptable use
Use the service only with the knowledge and consent of the sharing person. Unauthorized access, code guessing, distributing malware, illegal content or violating others’ rights is prohibited. Violations lead to suspension or termination.
Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. The parties are responsible for actions taken in the shared tab.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for violations of these terms.
